Wandering through Wanderlust by Rebecca Solnit

This is the first of a series of posts I will make over the next six weeks on Rebecca Solnit’s book, titledWanderlust: A History of Walking.

Wanderlust will be a path to follow, as I learn and describe the way walking is a way of connecting with place, with thoughts and with each other. Solnit’s skill in unravelling the centrality of walking to ideas on philosophy, geography, anthropology, architecture and culture will guide my own thoughts as I take on existing walks and put the ideas of CmyView into practice.
